Principle Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategies for process improvement and operational excellence within the manufacturing plant.
• Spearheading projects aimed at optimizing processes using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Introducing initiatives to improve outputs, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing new systems or best practices.
• Utilize problem-solving techniques to overcome obstacles and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Forecast the scope and impact of process improvement plans to drive continuous improvement efforts.

Educational Qualifications

Work Experience

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing operations and process improvement within manufacturing plants preferably in the automotive industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects/teams.
• In depth understanding of plant operations
